PHOTOGRAPHY PRODUCTION PROCESS

PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS

Photography for your New Zealand event should not just be about being able to take a great picture. It should be about telling a story which is why JWY Productions treats every event – no matter how big or small – like its own production involving six steps.

1. PLANNING & CONSULTATION

PLANNING & CONSULTATION

Gather all the event details and come up with a customized action plan including areas of coverage, key moments, required staff, and social media needs.

2. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Capture the event based on the prepared planning brief with a focus on photojournalism - capturing the progression of events naturally and unobtrusively in an editorial format.

3. REAL-TIME MARKETING

REAL-TIME MARKETING

Real-time uploads to social media accounts to leverage viral, social marketing as an event progresses. The targeted plan would come from the initial consultation session.

4. POST-ORGANIZATION

Cull through all the photos to deliver only the highest quality and memorable moments. This also allows a fluid editorial presentation of the event rather than being lost in a digital black hole of unorganized pictures.

5. POST-EDITING
